Chef Jorge Guzmán’s Friends with Benefits Event Series To Benefit Open Arms
Alongside The Aliveness Project and Help The House Foundation, Open Arms is beyond honored to be the one of the benefitting organizations of Chef Jorge Guzmán’s Friends with Benefits event series!
On Jan. 27, Chef Guzmán will welcome Gustavo Romero to Chilango for the first dinner of this incredible five-part series. The evening runs from 5:45–10 p.m., and tickets are $125. Secure your spot through the link below!
Friends with Benefits was created by chef/owner of Chilango, Jorge Guzmán, in 2023 as a way to cook with friends whom he rarely sees and gave him an opportunity to give back to the community at the same time. Chef has invited some of the most notable chefs in the country to Minneapolis to just “hang out” and cook together all the while donating all the proceeds to charity. If you ask him he’ll say, “Selfishly I just wanted to cook with chefs I really admire and look up too and wouldn’t have a chance to otherwise” and what a better way to raise awareness for charity and give back.
