Join us to celebrate the life of Open Arms founder Bill Rowe.

All are welcome. There will be a program at 5 p.m. featuring reflections from Leah Hébert Welles, Kevin Winge, Phil Willkie, and Pam Noone, with a guitar performance by Larry Long.
Appetizers inspired by Bill’s favorite recipes will be served, and there will be a chance to contribute to the Bill Rowe Memorial Fund, which will support meals for people living with HIV/AIDS.
